Fairview Hifi was established in 1977 during the heydey of stereo and television. Over the next nearly 30 years, we have evolved into one of the Hamilton, Burlington and Niagara Peninsula's best selection in audio and video and the choice for custom home theatre and audio design for new home construction. Owner Larry Crosty has operated Fairview Hifi since the very beginning as a higher quality audio video store. For 20 years Fairview HiFi was situated on Fairview Street near Burlington Mall and many a Burlington sound system came out of there. Our loyal clientele often affectionately remind us of the systems they purchased 15-25 years ago. And many of those systems are still working today. Now located at the corner of Brant and Fairview for the past 8 years, we have 4 demo rooms, a thriving custom division, a wider selection of high quality gear and a great staff. In a desert of big box stores and chains, Fairview Hifi provides an oasis with an unpressured and relaxed approach to home entertainment sales and service. The Staff – Fairview Hifi is unique in that the staff are long time veterans of the audio video industry. Each has a unique approach to the audio industry as a whole… the product and gear, and a passion for music and films. You’re in good hands.

Larry Crosty - Owner Fairview Hifi - Larry is the original owner of Fairview Hifi, well known in the Burlington community since 1977. He is actively involved in all aspects of the store including custom design consulting and sales. Larry is our resident HAA calibrator for audio sound design.

Paul Sutin - AV Consultant – Paul has been with Fairview Hifi for over 16 years but his experience and knowledge spans 26 years of ever-changing technology.

Fabio Chiappetta - AV Consultant - Fabio has been in the audio industry for over 25 years. His experience in business allows him to deal with clients needs on a personal and professional level.

Justin Moses - AV Consultant - Justin's retail experience and wide ranging product knowledge allows him to deal with clients' needs.

Paul Psutka - AV Consultant - Paul has been an audio enthusiast for over 20 years. His thoughtfulness and attention to detail are just a few of his strong assets.

David Koszalka - AV Consultant -David has been a part time employee of Fairview Hifi since 1995. As an avid audiophile, David understands the subtle nuances of high end music reproduction.

Brian Murdoch - Installations -Brian has been an A/V installer since the first introduction of customized audio/video for the home in 1987. He brings to Fairview a wealth of experience and know-how.
